Booking Policy
We warmly welcome walk-ins; however, to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking in advance online or contacting our customer service team during our opening hours to secure your preferred time.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with more than one full working day’s notice are eligible for a full refund.
For appointments cancelled within 24 hours, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Please note: certain tests, such as endoscopy, may have a different cancellation policy. Details will be provided at the time of booking
Out of Hours Policy
MEDii Health Group offers out-of-hours services for certain membership types. If you require support outside of our standard hours, please get in touch to enquire, and we will do our best to assist you.

International Patient Support
We proudly support travellers from around the world, thanks to our multilingual team. Languages such as Chinese, French, and other commonly spoken languages are available. To further enhance your experience, we also use AI-assisted translation tools to ensure smooth and accurate communication throughout your visit.
Insurance & Claims
Complaint Policy
MEDii is recognised by most international travel insurance providers. Payment is made directly to the clinic at the time of your visit, and we will provide you with a medical report and invoice to support your claim.
If you’re unsure about your coverage, we strongly recommend checking with your insurance provider in advance before using our services.
We welcome all feedback, and if you would like to bring something to our attention, please ask to speak to a manager on site, or send your view to admin@mediihealth.com with reference of date, time, and service you received.
